About the Course
Fear often stops people from having conversations about identity, even though they want to get it right. Worries about saying the wrong thing, being judged, or not keeping up with new language can lead to silence. For organisations, this silence can harm trust, connection, and inclusion.
This 60-minute interactive session, led by Danielle Brown MBE and Matthew Page, directly addresses these fears. Using real-life experiences, examples, and audience participation, it creates a safe space for people to practise speaking with confidence, curiosity, and respect. Participants won't leave with a rigid script of "correct" words, but with practical tools to listen effectively, ask questions openly, and respond constructively when mistakes occur.M
